Vacancy - Dispute Resolution Lawyer

N. Pirilides & Associates LLC is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and responsible qualified Advocate to join the Dispute Resolution Department.  

As a future member of our Firm, you will be joining a friendly network of professionals with whom you will be working in a diverse range of sectors in order to further promote our Firm’s values and vision. Accordingly, you will be expected to handle both contentious and non-contentious cases and demonstrate responsibility for your own work.

Required Qualifications:

  • Law Degree
  • Member of the Cyprus Bar Association for the last 2 or 3 years
  • A Master’s Degree and/or LPC or BPTC shall be considered as an additional qualification
  • Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek & English language, both verbal and written
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication, organizational, planning and negotiation skills

Legal Training at N. Pirilides & Associates LLC

N. Pirilides & Associates LLC provides law graduates with the opportunity to get an insight into a career at our Firm, learn more about our legal culture, and develop their professional skillset.

As a future trainee lawyer in N. Pirilides & Associates LLC, you will be joining an enthusiastic and friendly network, and learning from top notch lawyers in a diverse range of sectors.

During your 12-month training, you will have the chance to get involved in a variety of legal work, attend client meetings, shadow our Firm’s dispute resolution lawyers in Court appearances and hearings, and work closely with all the members of the Team.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • University Law Degree obtained with a 2:1 or above from a University in the UK or the equivalent grade from a University in Greece or from the University of Cyprus
  • A Master’s Degree and/or LPC or BPTC shall be considered as an additional qualification
  • Excellent command of the English & Greek language, both verbal and written (knowledge of a third language will be considered as an additional advantage)
  • Ability to conduct legal research and use legal tools such as Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw and legal books
  • Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle complex requests
  • Hard-working and ability to take initiative and work both independently and collaboratively.
